Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days. The exact timeline depends on your location and current courier workload. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships, so you can monitor progress in real time. Whatever happens, we deliver within 30 days of your order or you can cancel for a full refund.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at info@schoolsteps.shop or through our contact page, and we'll do our best to update your address. Once your package is in transit, the address cannot be changed.

We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll investigate immediately and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Telling us early helps us chase the courier, but there's no deadline: this doesn't affect your 30-day return window or your 2-year guarantee.
